Deadline for pre-registration by mail or online is Nov. 7, 2008.

Make checks, money orders or district/school purchase orders payable to “OCSEA.”
After submitting this on-line registration, send checks, money order by mail to the address below.
You will receive a confirmation by email within 2-3 days after submitting. If you do not receive a confirmation contact Dr. Yancey at sdyancey@beckman.com. (Note: some school districts may block you from submitting forms from school computers--send this form from your home computer if this may be a problem.)

$40.00 Late General Registration Fee (After Nov.7)
$25.00 Late Registration Fee Student Teacher/Student (After Nov.7)
On-site registrants should arrive 10 minutes early to complete the registration form. Educators should check with school administrators for funding sources.
