| The 2007 Annual Meeting of the OCSEA was held on Sunday, May 20, 2007, at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve. The meeting was called to order by Chair, Arnold Shugarman at 1:45 PM. The main order of business was the election of Board Members. The following Board Members were nominated for two-year terms from 2007-2009.

This slate was presented to the Membership and Board of Directors, May 20, 2007 in accord with Article VI of the Constitution and By-Laws of the OCSEA. No nominations were received from the floor. The slate was accepted unanimously. Board Members who are serving the two year term from May, 2006 – May, 2008 are:
